Description
Forest Attunement is a guided hiking and mindful movement experience designed to gently energize the body while deepening your connection to the landscape.
Set in the Callaghan Valley, this 3-hour outdoor session blends steady, rhythmic hiking with simple mobility practices, breath-led pacing, and moments of awareness along the trail. It’s an invitation to move with intention — finding a natural flow between effort and ease.
This experience is active and engaging, while still grounded in the Nourish Whistler approach: thoughtful pacing, supportive guidance, and space to stay connected to your body.
Along the way, you’ll be guided through:
• Steady, valley-based hiking at a consistent, manageable pace
• Functional walking mechanics and posture awareness
• Natural terrain engagement to support strength, balance, and coordination
• Gentle mobility resets woven throughout the hike
• Breath-supported pacing on both inclines and flat sections
• Insights into the local ecosystem and surrounding environment
Expect a continuous, low-to-moderate level of movement across varied terrain, with a focus on building endurance in a sustainable, supported way. Short pauses are included for learning and orientation, while the overall rhythm keeps you moving and engaged.
This session is suitable for all levels with a base comfort in moderate hiking. Trails may include uneven ground, small elevation changes, and natural obstacles typical of valley terrain.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more attuned — with a deeper awareness of both your body and the landscape around you.
Hosted at the beautiful Canadian Wilderness Adventures location in the Callaghan, with saunas thoughtfully built by their team.
