Think of this seminar as speed dating for wine and chocolate.  Kurtis Kolt leads a guided tasting that illustrates a successful partnership can be based either on shared qualities or on the magic that can happen when opposites attract.  Guests will sample a selection of 8 chocolates from Vancouver’s BETA5, which lovingly handcrafts their confections in small batches, paired with 8 wines, including the classic fortified wine Port.
