Kurtis Kolt joins Oyama Sausage Co.'s Jerome Dudicourt for this celebration of the culinary pleasures of pairing charcuterie with beer and wine. They'll explore the range of drink options that can enhance the smoky, salty, or savoury character of meat, including the top-quality items handmade at Granville Island's beloved Oyama. Guests will sample tried-and-true pairings as well as some unusual combinations that demonstrate the incredible flavour synergies that can be found off the beaten path. No risk, no reward!
