Why are there tickets for a free program?

Registering for a free ticket helps us anticipate how many programs to print, and gives the Cathedral a better idea of how many volunteers they will require.

Registered patrons will also receive an automatic system-generated reminder of the concert!

While there's no admission fee, we do encourage you to add a donation, which does directly to the Cathedral – earmarked for upkeep of the historic organ.

No refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges: -Exchanges are allowed only for tickets of equal or greater value. You will pay the difference if the new tickets cost more. -You must exchange the entire order—partial ticket exchanges are not supported. -Complimentary, transferred, or free tickets are not eligible for exchange. -You cannot initiate more than one exchange at a time. Exchanges must be done via desktop browser; the Showpass app does not support this.
