Flamenco Esencia

Flamenco Esencia: An evening of traditional flamenco music amongst friends.

Annette Morcos (singer/dancer) will be back from Spain to interpret common and rarely performed palos (forms of Flamenco); she will be performing along with Calgary’s own Francesca Canalizo and Jessica Peñalver-Cote (dancers), Tosh Hayashi on guitar, as well as guest dancer Jane Ogilvie who resides in Edmonton and who has recently returned from an intensive month-long training in Seville, Spain.

Join us for this family event, and enjoy a tablao-style flamenco performance while enjoying bite-size tapas and drinks. 

At this event, catered food is offered rather than a dinner menu, and the venue requires pre-ordering of the tapas in advance. Spectators can order food until two days before the performance date (visit https://www.flamencocalgary.com/events/ for details).
