Festive Bubbles & Cocktails - Shawnessy

Twist and pop!  In this class we will be adding a twist, or two to your favourite bubbles in order to showcase classic sparkling wine cocktails from regions around the world.  Learn a little about what makes these bubbles special and how mixologists have created POP-ular cocktails that add a unique twist to the various styles.  We will also be featuring some Christmas cocktails for the holiday and entertaining season.
