There is a divine emotion that captures us when we experience pure eccentricity. Based out of Vancouver, BC singer/songwriter Fara encompasses that exact feeling. Originally from Singapore, Fara’s earliest memories were always filled with the sounds of music. Her parents (and grandparents) had played and performed in traditional Malay bands for many years, exposing her to the world of composition at a young age.
Fara went on to release her debut EP entitled “About Me” in June 2019. Packaged with perfect production and an amazing creative direction, it was a 6-track journey through the mind of a contemporary woman. The single entitled “Hello Goodbye ft. Dkay” was received with open arms from the local Vancouver community, and gave balance to such an emotional and methodical project.
Between 2018 and 2019 Fara performed in over 20+ shows in Los Angeles and Vancouver. From vocal workshops to singing the National Anthem for the BC Lions opener, she continues to outwork and out-hustle her competition. To be blessed with the gift of song and radiating as one of the most elegant human beings on the planet, Fara is undoubtedly a one-stop-shop for everything music.
