Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Family 2-Pack are final. Refunds will not be issued unless a game is officially canceled by the VI Raiders and not rescheduled. In such cases, partial refunds or equivalent credit toward future events may be offered at the discretion of the organization. Please note: This package is tied to our full 5-game season schedule. If individual games are missed by the ticket holder, no partial refunds will be issued. Tickets are transferable — feel free to gift or share with other fans
