It is not often you get three of Calgary’s Brokerage, Managing Directors on the same stage, answering questions and sharing their perspectives.

At this year’s Fall Into CREW:

Carla Fedele - Colliers; Ryan Rutherford - Cushman & Wakefield; and Brennan Yadlowski - Avison Young will come together for a candid conversation about careers, leadership and success in commercial real estate.

Moderated by CREW Calgary President Laurel Edwards, the discussion will go beyond career histories to explore the decisions and turning points that shaped their paths, what they look for in emerging leaders, what helps people stand out and advance. They will delve into how relationships, mentorship, sponsorship and strong professional networks can create opportunities throughout a career.

And Fall Into CREW is about more than the panel — it is one of our best opportunities to grow our community and introduce others to CREW Calgary.

The CREW Calgary Student Award Fund

The CREW Calgary Student Award Fund, administered by The Calgary Foundation, is a key initiative reflecting CREW Calgary’s commitment to fostering the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. In its inaugural year (2025), the Fund will award up to four $5,000 scholarships to undergraduate students in Calgary for the 2025-2026 academic year. We invite you to support this meaningful initiative and help shape the future of our industry by contributing to the Fund.
