Fairmont Chateau Whistler - Bella Wines Collaboration Dinner

When two of British Columbia’s powerhouse female chefs come together to collaborate, you know it’s going to be epic. Eva Chin, executive chef of Royal Dinette (Vancouver Magazine’s Best New Restaurant 2016), and Isabel Chung, executive chef at Fairmont Chateau Whistler (home to Vancouver Magazine’s Best Whistler Restaurant 2018) will join forces on Saturday, November 17 to put on a show-stopping dinner at Fairmont’s Grill Room restaurant celebrating the best of BC ingredients. And to add even more ‘sparkle’ to the affair, winemaker Jay Drysdale of Bella Wines, will be on-hand with his sparkling wines perfectly paired with every course.
