This September, Fahr’s legendary Oktoberfest promises to be lager than life with three days of Bavarian celebrations.

Dust off your lederhosen and join us for a day packed with Bavarian food, brews, music, and more! Oktoberfest at Fahr is a truly authentic celebration hosted by Alberta’s foremost German Beermakers, Brauerei Fahr.

This year, we’re welcoming over 3,500 freunde (holy schnitzel!) to our brewery in beautiful Turner Valley. With three days of sessions to choose from, it's going to be bigger and better than ever.

What to expect

🌭  Traditional German food served up by local vendors

🎶  Live tunes by the European Touch Band, Adam Coe and The Earl Morgan Band

🎉  Schuhplattler dancers (traditional folk dancing)

🎪  Beer tents serving Fahr’s award-winning creations

🎟 $25 plus taxes and fees

🌛  Friday - Late session: September 16 from 5 pm to 11 pm (Adults only, 18 +) 

🌞 Saturday - Early session: September 17 from 11 am to 4 pm (All ages, children welcome!) 

🌛 Saturday - Late session: September 17 from 5 pm to 11 pm (Adults only, 18 +) 

🌞 Sunday - Early session: September 18 from 11 am to 4 pm (Moved to Saturday Early Session!)

📍 Fahr Brewery - 123 Kennedy Drive SE, Turner Valley, AB

🚘 By car: Designated parking lots will be available.

**UPDATE:  SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAILABLE - TICKETS ARE LIMITED**

All shuttle buses leave from Anderson LRT Station in Calgary to Fahr Brewery

and return service is included - Tickets are $60 

You will be prompted to purchase tickets after you have gone through the checkout process on your tickets.

 

You will need your shuttle ticket to get on to the bus for original departure and return.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or any other items that may be left on the bus.

We are also not responsible if you have missed departures.

Tickets must be printed and presented at the door for entry.

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted.

Friday and Saturday sessions are adult-only events. Kids are welcome on Sunday.

Food, beverage and shuttle tickets are sold separately.

Dress accordingly for the weather. Nights are cool here so bring a jacket.

Don't park in lots that aren't marked as designated for the event or your vehicle could be towed.

Keep your pooch home. Dogs are not permitted except for service animals.
