EUS Engineering Career Fair 2024

The annual EUS Career Fair is an engineering-specific career fair. It is one of the most popular and influential events for both our student body and industry partners.

Our students come from diverse backgrounds and bring new and innovative aspects to any company. UBC is one of the world’s best universities because of our students and their achievements; not only in academia, but also in application.

Date: 10am-3pm, February 7-8, 2024

Location: Life Sciences Institute, West Atrium, UBC Vancouver Campus

With over 7000 engineering students currently enrolled in UBC’s 13 engineering programs, exhibitors can connect, recruit, and showcase their companies to some of the brightest engineering minds in the country.

UBC Engineering has some of the most competitive, knowledgeable, and experienced students and graduates in the country. Our students gain invaluable experience from the many hands-on projects offered at UBC.

Gold - $3800

• 2 days at the Career Fair
• 10' x 8' booth space including 1 draped table
• Medium company logo featured on the EUS newsletter and website
• Company logo featured in an EUS Instagram post alongside other Career Fair sponsors
• Company name and logo featured in an EUS Instagram story
• Dedicated EUS Instagram post including company name and logo, thanking you for your sponsorship
• Medium company logo included on the EUS' "Engineering Week" t-shirts*
• Company listed as a sponsor on all marketing material related to the UBC Engineering Competition**
• Invite for one company representative to judge the UBC Engineering Competition on November 25-26th**

Platinum - $5000

• 2 days at the Career Fair

• Dedicated EUS Instagram post including company name and logo, thanking you for your sponsorship

• Company name and logo displayed prominently on digital signage in the Engineering Student Centre
• Company listed as a sponsor on all marketing material related to the UBC Engineering Competition**
• Invite for one company representative to judge the UBC Engineering Competition on November 25-26th**
• Invite to attend the VIP Networking Dinner with the top engineering student leaders and design team captains
• Optional 5-minute presentation during the EUS VIP Networking Dinner
• Optional arranged information session for students on-campus during the week following the Career Fair

Sponsorship Registration

If you have not yet registered your company for the Career Fair, please do so by following these instructions:

1. Go to the link below:

2. Click “Register as an employer” and log in to UBC CareersOnline or create a new account
3. Select a sponsorship tier package and complete the registration form. This information will
   be used to inform the students and promote your booth.
4. Click “Submit”.
5. You will receive a confirmation email within five business days.
