Description

Korda Artistic Productions is thrilled to present this brilliant comedy of manners, considered by many to be among the funniest of English plays. It’s a “Wilde” comedy of manners and deception, “a trivial comedy for serious people.”


The cast features Brandon Chappus as Jack Worthing, an earnest gentleman

Zephyr Nox as Algernon Moncrief, his frivolous young friend

Kim Courtis as Cecily Cardew, Jack’s young ward


Lauren Stiers as Gwendolen Fairfax, Jack’s beloved

Roula Khayat as Miss Prism, Cecily’s tutor


Peter Hrastovec as Dr Chasuble, the local reverend

Riley Campbell and John Shellhorn as butlers Lane and Merriman

and Chris Lanspeary is the pivotal role of Lady Bracknell, Gwendolen’s mother.


The Importance of Being Ernest is directed by Jeff Marontate. Costumes as by Kelly Ridley. Set design is by Dylan Charette. Lighting and sound design are by Noah Ball. Stage managing is Riley Campbell. Abbey Lee Hallett is producer.


The show runs Sept 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 & 27 at 8pm, and Sept 14 at 2pm.

Our Pay what you can performance is September 18th, tickets available at the door only.

Scent free performance is Sept 25th, please avoid bringing any scented perfumes or flowers. Popcorn will not be served at this performance.
