Erica Jane Winemaker's Dinner

Held at Erica Jane Restaurant and hosted by Moon Curser Vineyards; the Winemaker's Harvest dinner will feature a 4 course culinary voyage crafted by our very own Chef Chris Braun, and 5 types of old world varietals from Moon Curser Vineyards, see below:

   Citrus whipped fresh cheese, Green Croft Farm kuri squash  ragout, fresh tomato

Main Course

   63 Acres Striploin of Beef

   Parmesan gnocchi, Sunshine Farms carrot pave, blackberry foie gras pâté

Dessert

   Black Forest

   Chai and chocolate genoise, Quail Hollow Farm prune plum, chocolate crémeux, tobacco and vanilla ice cream

Doors open at 5:00pm for a meet and greet with Moon Curser's owner/winemaker, Chris Tolley,  and local representative, Gerrit Anderson,

 

Dinner starts at 6:30pm which will be accompanied with an explanation of the chosen wine for each course,

 

Tickets are $125.00 each, that includes a 4-course dinner and specialized wine pairing for each course (tax and gratuity/host fee added at check-out),
