Equi-Plex Shopping & Barn Party Kick Off

Welcome to the third annual Spruce Meadows Shopping & Barn Party Kick Off!

This is your opportunity to support over 120 local vendors and artists in an exclusive shopping experience!

Imagine perusing amazing Art with drink in hand and then making your way to the stunning ambiance of the Equi-Plex Shops and Spirits after it's closed to the public, where you can shop a curated selection of vendors, enjoy the lively atmosphere of the talented Wine Soaked Preachers band, and savor delicious food and drinks.

We’re bringing together our blacksmiths, top-notch vendors, and the public for a fun evening of shopping, live music, and mouthwatering BBQ.

📍 Location: Horizons Pavilion and Equiplex, Spruce Meadows
🎟 Price:

• ADULTS: $89 + GST/Fees (includes dinner, 1 welcome drink, and all the dancing your boots can handle!)
• KIDS (12 and under): $59 + GST/Fees (includes dinner, 1 non-alcoholic drink, and dancing!)

• Art Show Welcome: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Explore the Horizons Pavilion Fine Art Show while enjoying your welcome drink.
• Equi-Plex Shopping Spree: 5:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
  Enjoy shopping from our unique vendors in the Equi-Plex. It’s the perfect time to snag something special!
• BBQ: 6:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
  Indulge in mouth-watering Southern BBQ 
• Honky Tonk Band – The Wine Soaked Preachers: 5:45 p.m. - 7 p.m. & 7:45 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
  Let the live music move your feet! The Wine Soaked Preachers will keep the energy high with two sets of your favourite country tunes.
• Line Dance Lessons: 7:00 p.m.–7:45 p.m.
  Always wanted to learn how to line dance? Now’s your chance! Our instructors will guide you through the steps, so you'll be ready to hit the floor.
