ENGINEERING GRAD TRIP

This event is restricted to graduating UBC engineering students from the Class of 2026 only.

Have your last hurrah before you walk the stage.

Spend three days celebrating the end of your degree with your fellow graduating engineers at Camp Latona. Before convocation, before everyone moves away, and before real life properly kicks in, come away for one final weekend with the people who got you through engineering.

Included in the price of your $360 ticket is round-trip transportation to and from Camp Latona, 2 nights of lodging, 6 meals, and a full weekend of activities. These may include hiking, canoeing/kayaking, ropes courses, swimming, camp games, and more.

Buses will be leaving around 5:00 PM on Friday.

A sleeping bag is highly recommended. Accommodations are in cabins with mattresses provided, but no bedding. Please email president@ubcengineers.ca if you cannot procure a sleeping bag or bedding — the EUS has a limited amount of sleeping gear available to lend out.

Legal-y disclaimer: We are able to provide a $360 refund up to one week before the event, (May 15 at 11:59 PM). After that time, we will not be accepting refunds.

Tickets are transferable, but please email president@ubcengineers.ca if you choose to do that, as we need to accommodate for food allergies, preferences, and other registration details.
