Guided by Nicki McKeon, Ayurvedic Practitioner and experienced facilitator of nature-based journeys, this immersive hike invites you to slow down and move with intention through Whistler’s ever-changing mountain landscape.

Shaped by the season, the terrain may include lingering snow and sculpted ice, or open into exposed rock, alpine flora, and expansive mountain air. Each experience is unique, offering a different expression of the alpine environment beneath your feet.

Along the way, the journey becomes a sensory exploration—tuning into texture, temperature, sound, and stillness. With gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to connect more deeply to both the landscape and your own internal rhythms.

This is not a hike for distance or speed, but for presence.

Important Information
• This experience is accessible to most, though some sections include moderate to steep climbs
• The pace is relaxed with frequent pauses
• Participants should be comfortable walking approximately 90 minutes on maintained trails that may be uneven, with or without snow

Venue & Access
This experience takes place in the alpine on Whistler Mountain. Whistler Village Gondola Lift access is required. Guests may use an existing pass or purchase a Nourish-exclusive Summer Alpine Experience Pass.
