This guided hike on Whistler Mountain invites you to slow down and move with intention through a striking high-alpine landscape shaped by snow, ice, and crisp mountain air. Rather than focusing on distance or pace, this experience is about presence—tuning into the subtle details of your surroundings and your own internal state.

As you journey along the trail, you’ll be guided through a sensory exploration of the elements: noticing texture, temperature, sound, and stillness. The alpine becomes both backdrop and teacher, offering space to reflect on the connection between the natural world and personal wellbeing.

Expect a relaxed pace with frequent pauses to take in the views, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the environment around you.

Important Information
• This experience is designed to be accessible, though some sections include moderate to steep climbs
• Participants should be comfortable walking for approximately 90 minutes on maintained trails that may be uneven or snowy

Venue & Access
This experience takes place in the alpine on Whistler Mountain. Whistler Village Gondola Lift access is required. Guests may use an existing pass or purchase a Nourish-exclusive Summer Alpine Experience Pass.

About the Venue:

The Dome
A bright, geometric alpine space with panoramic mountain views. Sheltered yet open to the elements, it offers a strong connection to nature with shifting light and fresh air. Dress in layers for changing conditions.
Access via Whistler Gondola (~30 min ride; lift pass required).
