Ehime Fest

Join us on Wednesday, November 20th as we welcome our special guest, the mayor of Ehime, Japan, for an evening of dinner and drinks featuring ingredients native to the Ehime region! Ehime's official mascot, Mikyan, will also be in attendance!

Known for their citrus fruits, Ehime is a prefecture in Shikoku, an island located southwest of mainland Japan. Our Executive Chef Tomo and Sous Chef May Ng will be preparing a special 5-course meal showcasing local Ehime ingredients such as mikan, iyokan, and tai, imported especially for the evening. Each course will be paired with a feature drink, expertly selected by our in-house sake sommelier, Amane and bar manager, Katie.

Tickets for the event are $100.00 + Grat and GST, and include your 5-course meal, 5 drink pairings, and an educational speech from the mayor of Ehime.
