E-RETREAT 2025

*This event is restricted to UBC first year engineering students only*

Spend three days with 90 of your fellow first-year engineering students and brand new best friends!

Included in the price of your ticket is transportation to and from Camp Latona, lodging for 2 nights, 6 delicious meals, and fun activities! These may include hiking, canoeing/kayaking, ropes courses, swimming and more!

Buses will be leaving around 6 pm on Friday. There will be a BBQ at 5 PM and if you do not have class, you should be there. (If you do have class send an email to eretreatmanager@gmail.com and we will figure something out)

A sleeping bag is highly recommended, accommodations are in cabins with mattresses provided but no bedding. Please email eretreatmanager@gmail.com if you cannot procure a sleeping bag or bedding, the EUS has a limited amount of sleeping gear to lend out. 

You can leave your camping supplies/bags at the ESC in the morning (where we will keep them locked up and safe) and head to the ESC immediately after class.

Legal-y disclaimer: We are able to provide a $175 refund up to one week before the event (September 5th, 2025 at 11:59PM), however after that time, we will not be accepting refunds.

Tickets are transferrable but please send eretreatmanager@gmail.com an email if you choose to do that as we need to accommodate for food allergies/preferences.
