Drink Seminar: B.C. Craft Gin: A Taste of the West Coast

Using unique botanicals, from Vancouver Island truffles and seaweed to the leaves, barks and berries of the rainforest, B.C. distilleries are reinventing gin.

While some explore the global-standard London Dry style, others are pushing the boundaries of so-called New Western Gin in a range of colours and flavours as diverse as a fresh bouquet.

This tasting will explore at least six gins from every corner of the province, and tell the stories of the craft distillers who make them.
