Drink Seminar: A Closer Study of the Lillooet Terroir

Lillooet is one of BC's newest and most exciting wine regions. Fort Berens Estate Winery, the first winery in Lillooet, was recently named #3 Small Winery in Canada, at the 2022 Wine Align National Wine Awards of Canada.

Join Alessandro (Alex) Nel, Winemaker and Mark Coster, Sales Manager from Fort Berens Estate Winery for a guided wine tasting and discussion about how the Lillooet terroir influences the wines.

They will take you through a selection of Fort Berens wines including:

• A (small) vertical of White Gold Reserve Chardonnay to demonstrate common terroir elements and seasonal variations
• A selection of other Lillooet VQA wines including the Riesling Reserve, Pinot Noir Reserve, Merlot Reserve and Cabernet Franc Reserve
