Dreams and Rumours strives to embody the mastery of sound and performance originated by this supergroup.  Each member of Dreams and Rumours has focused on mastering the details of their performance, allowing them to transport you to a place where you feel enveloped by the beautiful sound that is collectively, Fleetwood Mac. Each song is meticulously chosen and performed to the highest standard; with the goal of creating a feeling that you have been magically conveyed to a simpler, carefree world.  With their selection and arrangement of Fleetwood Mac’s Greatest hits, Dreams and Rumours aims for audiences to be touched by the beauty of these enduring harmonies.

Creating the space that is Dreams and Rumours: lead vocalist, Christy Neveu, is mesmerizing in her on point portrayal of Stevie Nicks; both in sound and motion. She successfully creates the ethereal and mystical aura that fans expect from Stevie. A vocal performer since age five, Christy sings with a range that must be heard to be believed and moves in ways that summon Stevie Nicks to the stage!  Tammy Szozda strengthens the female powerhouse singing duo with authenticity, conjuring the seductive and haunting vocal tones of Christine McVie. Her performance reinforces the evocative and emotional quality of their show. Drummer, Alec Friesen, provides a solid rhythmic foundation for the band’s high energy performances and skillfully reproduces the unique style of Mick Fleetwood that fans know and love. Rex Guetre channels powerful bassist John McVie into his captivating performance with a quiet composure.  Derek Robertson is incomparable in the role of Lindsey Buckingham. His harmonious tone is a cornerstone of the vocal performances. Anchoring the performers of Dreams and Rumours, is veteran guitarist Dave Choquette who ensures shows radiate that infectious energy of Fleetwood Mac on the stage. Choquette has a natural ability to connect with his audience. His intense stage presence guarantees that every show is an unforgettable and a spell binding experience, keeping audiences captivated from the first note to the last.

Dreams and Rumours is a Winnipeg-based band that has solid reputation to charm audiences with their high energy and skilled performances. They have performed for audiences across Canada at a variety of venues including casinos, community events, bars, and private functions. Ultimately, the common thread audiences experience from their performance, is the band’s passion and commitment to faithfully reproduce the sights and sounds of the original artists.
