Drag-n-Fly Drop Ins - April 21st (Twyla Raffé-Devine)

Welcome to Bug and Twyla's Drag-n-Fly Drop In dance workshops!

Every week this summer, we will be hosting a drop in dance class with a different choreographer each time! Every class will be a fun, new combo from beginner to intermediate level. From choreographers that are new to the industry to veterans of the craft, you'll be sure to have a blast each time.

Our classes will take place Tuesdays 2-3:30pm at the Scotiabank Dance Centre (677 Davie St, Vancouver BC) in the Zagar Studio which is on level 7.

Each class is $20 per participant, and the maximum capacity in the studio is 15, so get your spot while you can!

Remember: no outdoor shoes are allowed in the studios so please bring dance sneakers, jazz shoes or socks!

APRIL 21ST

Twyla Raffé-Devine (she/her)

Twyla is a singer, dancer, actor, and emerging choreographer and is graduating from Capilano University's Musical Theatre program this spring! She is currently choreographing some of the CapU 2nd Year MUTH students' black box musical Love’s Labour’s Lost, and will be choreographing two upcoming shows: Sigma Acapella, an original musical at Rushed Productions this fall, and Bug’s Backyard's spring 2027 production. She trained as a dancer for 13 years at Arts Umbrella, in addition to summer workshops at Alberta Ballet and Goh Ballet. You can catch her as Jetsam in Disney’s The Little Mermaid  at TUTS this summer! She's very excited to teach this up-beat, energetic class, so come and have some fun! :)
