Drag-n-Fly Drop Ins - June 30th (Amanda Donaldson-McFarlane)

Welcome to Bug and Twyla's Drag-n-Fly Drop In dance workshops!

Every week this summer, we will be hosting a drop in dance class with a different choreographer each time! Every class will be a fun, new combo from beginner to intermediate level. From choreographers that are new to the industry to veterans of the craft, you'll be sure to have a blast each time.

Our classes will take place Tuesdays 2-3:30pm at the Dance Centre (677 Davie St, Vancouver BC) in the Zagar Studio which is on level 7.

Each class is $20 per participant, and the maximum capacity in the studio is 10, so get your spot while you can!

Remember: no outdoor shoes are allowed in the studios so please bring dance sneakers, jazz shoes or socks! *This specific class calls for CLEAN sneakers or heels*

June 30th

Amanda Donaldson-McFarlane (she/her) is a Vancouver born performer who is so excited to make her return to this beautiful city. She’s a recent graduate from St. Lawrence College’s Music Theatre program, where she performed in Spring Awakening, Peter Pan, Seussical the Musical, and more. She grew up dancing at Vanleena in North Van, where she specialized in Jazz and Musical Theatre. Amanda was an assistant choreographer during her time at high school, where she worked on Matilda (York House School) and the Wizard of Oz (St. George’s School). She is very excited to teach her first class at Bug’s Backyard!
