Join InQueeries for an in-depth makeup tutorial to get yourself ready for InQueeries' Amateur Drag Show this Pride Week!

We are so excited to welcome our very special guest, Raw Angus! Not only is this clown a vessel for a staggering amount of meat puns, Raw Angus (The G is Silent) serves you gender with a hard G. Frolicking in the scene for the past 2 years with grease paint, nu metal, and a hearty dose of audacity, this dragoon has won multiple awards and graced everywhere from the stage of your local bar to the stages of conventions. Nominated for Best Costumes in the 2026 Stilettos, this certifiable freak will not only put on a show, but also look great while doing it.

This event is open to current MacEwan University students and guests attending with a current student. Participants must bring their own makeup supplies, as InQueeries will not provide makeup. If you cannot bring your own, please contact InQueeries at inqueeries@gmail.com to discuss options.

Makeup List (you can change the supplies to better fit the look you have in mind, or to your skin needs!) 

Mehron Creamstick - White
Mehron Creamstick - Black
Elf Black Lipstick
Elf Complexion Perfection Face Brush Kit (or equivalent).
Hair gel (for brow blocking. if people want to block brows traditionally they are welcome to)
Ben Nye Neutral Set Setting Powder (Cornstarch version!)
Setting powder brush.
Beauty blenders.
Eyeshadow in gray shades (try and get the stuff that isn’t glittery, at east two shades, one lighter and one substantially darker.
Black or dark eyeliner that is safe to go on the waterline
Eyelash glue + fluffy lashes
Brushes that are flat and generally no wider than your thumbnail (eg: brushes in 25 pack of Artist’s Series).

You can also attend this event if you are interested in just learning the application techniques! Following along is not a requirement, either way you will still get a lot out of the event!
