About Diwali: Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is one of the most celebrated festivals in South Asia. It signifies the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. Traditionally, homes are illuminated with oil lamps and candles, symbolizing hope, positivity, and the triumph of knowledge. Diwali also marks a time for family gatherings, feasts, and cultural festivities, bringing people together to celebrate new beginnings and the joy of life. The festival is a beautiful blend of spiritual, cultural, and social significance, making it a cherished occasion across the globe.

 DISCLAIMER:

 1. Ticket Policy:

• All ticket sales are final. A full refund minus the service fee will be provided only in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the event organizer.
• No re-entry will be allowed without a valid ticket.

2. Kids Tickets:

• Children aged 0-3 are admitted free, but no seat is provided. Parents must ensure supervision at all times.
• All children aged 4-9 must have a paid ticket and proof of age for entry.
• Parental supervision is required for all children.
• Kids 0-9 years old cannot be booked without adult tickets. Adult supervision of kids is required at the event. Any kids' tickets booked without accompanying adult tickets will be considered void and no refunds will be made

3. Seating:

• Platinum, Gold, and Silver tickets correspond to different seating sections. Platinum offers the best stage views followed by the Gold and Silver.
• Seats are assigned based on the ticket category purchased.
• No seat changes will be allowed on the day of the event.
• Seniors seats will be assigned in the Silver section

4. Event Timing:

• Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the event starts promptly at 6:00 PM.
• Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the event staff and may not be seated in their original seats if they arrive after the program begins.

5. Food and Beverage:

• Buffet dinner is included in the ticket price for all attendees.
• There will be no food for sale at the event.
• Complimentary food is only available for paid ticket holders.

6. Photography & Video:

• By attending this event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes.
• Personal photography is allowed, but professional camera equipment is prohibited unless approved by the organizers.

7. Health Measures (if applicable):

• If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending the event.

8. Event Cancellation/Changes:

• The event is subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of the organizers.
• In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and will receive a full refund minus the service fee.

9. Prohibited Items:

• No outside alcohol, weapons, fireworks or illegal substances are allowed at the venue.
• Bags are subject to search upon entry.

10. Weather:

• This is an indoor event and will take place rain or shine.
