Disposable Heroes are kicking off 2024 with a very special show - their first in the Calgary area since 2015 - at the Langdon Firehouse!!

Ryan Ziegler (Lead Vocal, Guitar), Nelson Cristobal (Guitar, Backing Vocals) and Josiah Gibson (Drums) will be joined by their old buddy, Greg Kristianson (Bass and backup vocals) who rocked with them from 2005 through 2017. After all these years, they can't wait to share the stage together again and deliver an unforgettable performance.

Formed in 2003, Disposable Heroes have become one of Canada's premier Metallica tribute bands. With two decades of experience, they have toured extensively across Western Canada, mesmerizing audiences with their meticulous recreation of Metallica's iconic sound. The band has put together a monster set of Metallica fan favorites and deep cuts spanning Metallica’s entire career. This show will also mark Disposable Heroes’ first-ever performance of 1991’s self-titled “Black Album” in its entirety.

Their talent caught the attention of original Iron Maiden vocalist, Paul Di'Anno, who selected them to not only open for him but also serve as his backing band during a series of Western Canadian dates in 2009. It's no wonder that their headlining shows have consistently sold out.
