Dine with Master Chef Canada Winner Beccy Stables

On Saturday, September 29th join 2018 MasterChef Canada Winner on our new beautiful Lakeview Top Terrace alongside a glass of Vibranté, our traditional method sparkling wine. After a few delicious canapés we will move on to the Lakeview hall for the main event!

 

Beccy Stables & her team will be cooking up an amazing White Wine Braised Pork Belly With Crackling, Pea Purée, Roasted Apple Compote, Fennel And Apple Salad Dressed In White Wine Vinaigrette, Garnished With Fresh Peas And Finely Diced Apples. For Dessert you will enjoy Frozen Yogurt Domes, Blackberry and Red Wine Sauce, Cornflake Praline, Chocolate Crumb and Garnished with Fresh Blackberries. Paired with our White, Rose and Red Wines.
