Description

You may have heard the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, miser of misers, as seen in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, In Prose, Being a Ghost Story of Christmas (first published in London by Chapman & Hall in 1843 (Illustrated by John Leech)).

But what if Scrooge's flaw wasn't being the kind of guy who makes his employees work on Christmas? What if he was visited by completely different ghosts? Is an improv show an appropriate venue to get into an academic discussion about the early Victorian-era zeitgeist for the revival of this specific holiday? Probably not, but come join us Saturday December 6th at 7:30 PM to find out!

We're an all-POC improv troupe on a mission to bring you a night of 100% unscripted hilarity.
Cast: Larisse Bacani, Bryan Garcia, Sun Gupta, Kamil Uzmasson, Justin Wang, Cale Werake

This show will be presented in the Raccoon Room (Second floor).

This show is produced and curated under a rental model, independent of Little Mountain Gallery. If you have questions or comments on this performance please contact the producer at dtofollow@gmail.com

Accessibility

Please note that the venue has two separate spaces, upstairs and downstairs. All show listings should indicate which room they’re in on the description. Please ensure you note the location as both spaces do not have the same level of accessibility.

The front entrance has power assisted doors.

There’s a powered lift from street level to the main performance space. For more information on the limitations of our lift, please check out our website.

The venue has six private washrooms on the main floor, one of which is fully accessible with a power assisted door. The theatre doors to the main space are not power assisted at this time. The second floor is not accessible and is up two flights of stairs.

We encourage patrons requiring wheelchair seating message us ahead of performances so we can arrange seating at niki@littlemountaingallery.ca
