Dayramir is a Yamaha Artist and Berklee Presidential Scholar and a leading voice in contemporary Afro-Cuban jazz.  He is winner of multiple Cubadisco awards, the Wayne Shorter Jazz Composer Award, and the 2021 DCJazzPrix award.  He fuses tradition with innovation on global stages, from Carnegie Hall to Havana’s Jazz Plaza Festival.
