Dance YYC Showcase

Dance YYC Showcase weekend is back featuring more emerging and established local artists. Let’s come together to celebrate some of the movement arts performers, choreographers and collectives in our community!

Saturday show featuring: Folklore Salvadoreño Dance Group, SoulFeet Dance Productions, Alexandra Contreras, Maryn Bjorndahl, Titan Intensive Dance 

Sunday show featuring: NextGen Dance Company, Honey Sturdy Flamenco, Tri-Tone Rhythm Ensemble, Encorps Dance Collective

The Dance YYC Showcase will be taking place at the DJD Dance Centre and will be complying with their protocols and policies.

In accordance with the most recent AHS guidelines & City of Calgary Bylaw, beginning Thursday, September 23 all persons aged 12 and over will require one of the following to enter the DJD Dance Centre:

• Proof of vaccination. Double dose of vaccine will be required after October 25th
• Proof of negative test within the past 72 hours
• Medical exemption letter from a doctor
• Starting on September 4, 2021 all students, staff and visitors to the DJD Dance Centre are required to wear masks in common areas.
