Q: Are the 'Live and Intimate' Concerts Indoors?
A: Yes, these concerts are in the Equi-Plex Building.

Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: Yes, the 'Live and Intimate' concert series is 18+. Government-issued photo ID is required. 

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: To prevent fraud, all tickets will be emailed to you 72 hours before the event.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is complimentary, however, we have optional VIP close-proximity parking available at check out for $25/car (subject to availability).

Q: What is included in my ticket?
A: With your concert ticket, you receive access to the concert, as well as access to Spruce Meadows for show jumping and other entertainment the day of the show. Come early, and experience all that Spruce Meadows has to offer!

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes. Accessible parking, entrances, and viewing areas available.

Q: What if I can no longer attend?
A: Spruce Meadows is unable to facilitate refunds, however, you can exchange your tickets for another event of equal or greater value (subject to availability)
