Chefs serve their inspired creations and signature dishes for you to savour, while beverage offerings range from a diverse collection of wines, cocktails, craft beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks and locally roasted coffee.

10 tasting tickets are included with your purchase, to sample the food and beverage offerings. 1 ticket = 1 tasting. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at the event for $1.50 each. 

Culinaire takes place on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking Peoples and the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations. We recognize, with gratitude, how fortunate we are to live, work and play on lands that Indigenous nations have called home since time immemorial.
