Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of schedule changes or weather-related postponements, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we will make every effort to accommodate an exchange for another available session or provide a credit toward a future CSI Greenwich event, subject to availability.
