This crystal bowl sound bath is a space to step out of the constant noise of life and into something quieter, steadier, and more supportive.

Through the use of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your nervous system can soften, your mind can settle, and your body can finally exhale.

This experience is for anyone who feels like they’re always on. The ones carrying full schedules, busy minds, and the weight of daily life without much space to pause.

You’ll be invited to get comfortable, turn your phone on silent, and give yourself a moment that isn’t about doing, fixing, or figuring anything out. Just being.

As the sound moves through the space, it works gently with your body and energy, helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and unforced.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, clear, and present in yourself.

No experience needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

 

Ticket Options

Guests can choose between two experience options when purchasing their ticket. Both offer the same sound bath experience, with your choice of how you’d like to receive it:

• Silk Cocoon Experience – $20
  Settle into an aerial silk and allow yourself to be gently held as you receive the sound bath. This option offers a unique, cocoon-like experience that enhances relaxation and support.
  
  
• Grounded Rest Experience – $20
  Lie comfortably on a mat and receive the sound bath in a grounded, spacious setting. A simple, supportive option for full-body relaxation.
