CREW Calgary 21st Annual Golf Tournament

 

Join us on Thursday, August 13, 2026, for CREW Calgary's 21st Annual Golf Tournament at Heritage Pointe Golf Club!

This popular and inclusive tournament SELLS OUT quickly each year, so be sure to secure your spot right away. 

Launch & Learn will also be returning for 2026, taking place at LaunchPad Golf, onsite at Heritage Pointe. This event offers lessons with a golf pro, time in the signature LaunchPad bay simulators, plenty of food and drinks, and of course an awesome networking opportunity with other industry professionals. (see separate event registration)

Wrap up the day with our 19th hole cocktail reception immediately following the tournament. Attendees of both the tournament and Launch & Learn are encouraged to stay for the festivities featuring food, drinks and tons of prizes all hosted in the Heritage Pointe Club House.

*Please have all player names and emails ready at the time of registration.  You will also need to select each player's tee gift.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All registrations are final and non-refundable. In limited circumstances, refund requests may be considered in the event of a medical issue that prevents attendance. Requests must be submitted to crew@crewcalgary.com to initiate review. Approval of any such request is at the sole discretion of the event organizers and may require supporting documentation. If a refund is approved, all administrative and processing costs incurred by the organizers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Registrations are fully transferable. Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at any time prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the original registrant to notify the planning committee of any player substitutions, including updated participant details and any dietary restrictions, by contacting crew@crewcalgary.com.

Tickets may be transferred prior to July 17, 2026.

CREW Member pre-sale tickets are available to current CREW members in good standing. If you are not a member and register before May 12th, your registration will be cancelled by CREW Calgary and registration fees will be refunded minus the administrative fee.  

Non-Member tickets are available to purchase on May 12th @ 10:00 AM MST.

Attendee list and photography policy:

By registering for this event, you are giving CREW Calgary permission to include your name and employer on attendee lists. In addition, by virtue of attending the event, CREW Calgary has permission to use any photos, videos, or images captured onsite for future promotional purposes.
