The 2nd Annual Cowboys Cook-Off BBQ Invitational is back! This year the BBQ is hosted by one of America’s top BBQ Smoke Pit Masters, host of the Food Networks Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Mayor of Flavourtown ...GUY FIERI!
Local foodies, backyard BBQ masters and top chefs are coming together to grill up their own elevated versions of barbecued RIBS! This annual initiative promotes and supports the sustainable development of Alberta’s agricultural industry, with proceeds going towards Alberta agriculture, local farmers and tomorrow’s youth! That's DYNAMITE, brother!
Contestants are challenged to make their tastiest PORK RIBS & BEEF RIBS, all while showing their best team spirit and support! Our special guest judges will taste contestant’s ribs and announce winners based on:
