This grant-funded series at Knox United Church is designed to bridge the gap between amateur passion and professional execution. Whether you are a member of the Fake Mustache cast or a member of the broader community looking to step onto the stage for the first time, these sessions provide a safe, supportive environment to elevate your craft.

Costume Modification for Stage

Led by the founder of Burlesque Burn, this technical intensive focuses on the architecture beneath the sequins, emphasizing the structural engineering required to survive high-energy movement.

This hands-on lab covers the reinforcement of seams and the modification of base layers to achieve a professional silhouette and master quick-change functionality, including adding connection points that ensure flawless reveals.

Feel free to bring your own garments to troubleshoot and transform under expert guidance.

Registration: A $5 deposit is required to secure your spot and will be fully refunded upon attendance. This session is strictly capped at 25 participants to ensure personalized instruction.
