Please join Connection Silicon Valley and the Globe and Mail Innovation Lab for a dinner Tuesday April 24th in downtown Toronto.
We know that while executives are exhilarated by the curiosity and opportunity of the innovation journey, it’s often exhausting to figure out how to manage risk and expectations at the same time. The resilience required to stay the course and the humility to ask for help and sometimes, forgiveness, is truly for those committed to the journey.
At our November workshop, the chance to meet, share and learn from innovation peers in a nurturing and creative environment left a lasting impression both on the team at CSV and on the participants. As a result, this year we’re committed to finding a number of ways to bring together this growing community of like minds for uncensored, meaningful conversation
So we're starting on April 24th.
We are bringing together curated group of extraordinary thinkers and doers for a hands-on and open dialogue around how innovation is disrupting your business and what is holding you back from transformative change.
Memorable and distinctive, our evening will prompt personal reflection and storytelling, placing an emphasis on connecting through our own experiences, today’s big questions and lessons learned. Please come prepared to participate and to share your own experiences, fears, hopes and successes.
Space is limited.
Limited to Director level and above.

Lab351 is the centre of innovation at The Globe and Mail. In the Lab, there are no formal rules. It’s a place for employees to bring great ideas that can either solve business problems or potentially create new lines of business. A place where they reach beyond the day-to-day expectations of their jobs, to help The Globe differentiate itself in the digital media marketplace, and to improve customer experiences. The Lab is open to all staff, including managers. Two teams walk away from their day jobs for three months at a time, to build out their ideas, and to collaborate with The Globe’s UX, data science and dev teams. It’s where we’ve learned to never say ‘no’ but instead to ask ‘how do we get there?’
