Description

Discover a powerful yet surprisingly gentle approach to building true core strength from within.

In this guided session, Astrid Cameron Kent, wellness expert and educator, introduces the Hypopressive Method—a breath-based technique designed to strengthen the deep core, improve posture, and support pelvic floor health.

Originally developed for postnatal recovery, hypopressive training has evolved into a highly effective practice used by athletes to enhance stability, breathing efficiency, and overall performance. Through intentional breathwork and specific postural techniques, you’ll learn how to activate the body’s deep stabilizing muscles while reducing internal pressure.

This approach supports a more functional, resilient core—one that enhances movement, balance, and long-term strength in both everyday life and sport.

Accessible and eye-opening, this session is ideal for anyone curious about smarter, more sustainable ways to train the body.
