Description

Join us for a relaxed, vegetarian-friendly cooking class teaching you how to make a meal in the midst of a busy grad school schedule! In this event you’ll learn how to turn simple, everyday ingredients into delicious, nourishing meals — no fancy tools or chef skills required.

Menu: Vegetarian Fried Rice

When: Thursday, March 26th, 5:30-7 pm

Where: Policy Lab, CIRS Building, Main Floor (the discussion portion will happen in Policy Lab and then we will move over to the FHM space for cooking and eating)

What to expect:
👩‍🍳 Hands-on guidance from an experienced instructor.
🥫 Tips for smart, sustainable cooking using pantry staples and fresh add-ins.
🍲 Easy vegetarian recipes that are budget-friendly, and full of flavour.
🤝 A chill social opportunity for meeting new people and sharing good food.

All ingredients and equipment are provided — just bring yourself and a curiosity for cooking.
