Join Chef Jeffrey for an interactive cooking class where you'll learn to create a gourmet dinner worthy of a fine dining restaurant.

In this hands-on session, Chef Jeffrey will share his expertise, teaching you top-notch kitchen techniques and the best methods for working with high-quality ingredients.

Start by making Dijon-highlighted steak tartare with tangy pickles, followed by mastering the art of cooking steak to perfection in a red wine and bone marrow sauce. Complement your main course with roasted wild mushrooms and rich creamed spinach as delectable sides.

Finish off your culinary journey by crafting and indulging in a luscious no-bake cheesecake, featuring a unique combination of caramel and mint flavors.

Feel free to bring along your favorite wine or beer to enjoy during the class, adding an extra touch of sophistication to your fine dining experience.

Chef Jeffrey - is a successful chef who has been honing his culinary craft for many years, earning his chef training at George Brown College. He has been working in and overseeing kitchens since 2005, and was a flourishing private chef in the Cayman Islands before returning to Canada to launch a private chef and catering company. Chef Jeffrey, who leads culinary seminars and competitions, can't wait to inspire others with his innovative cuisine.
