The LFS Community Dinner team would like to acknowledge that our event will be taking place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam people.

The LFS Community Dinner has been a UBC tradition for over 10 years. This annual event is a collaboration between fourth-year dietetics students and the Land and Food Systems Undergraduate Society (LFSUS). On November 25th, we invite you to join us as we explore the complex stories told through food.  

This year’s menu will illustrate personal experiences as they relate to food, and hopes to evoke comfort and connection as you share a meal with those around you. As we create a shared experience through this meal, we hope to illustrate the power of food as more than the sum of its parts.

Tickets will include one four-course meal and one local drink option (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional drinks will be available for purchase on the night of the event.

Doors will open at 5:30pm and the first course will be served at 6:30pm.

Location: AMS Nest Great Hall (6133 University Blvd, Vancouver)

Dress code: Semi-formal

The LFS Community Dinner is a licensed, 19+ only event. ATTENDEES MUST BE AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE. Two pieces of valid, government issued ID (i.e. no UBC cards), including one photo ID, are required to enter.
