Dive headfirst into the seedy underworld of triads, violence, and all the dumplings you can eat in Fistful of Crime! In this one-of-a-kind improv show, you'll experience the hallmark gangster cinema from 80s and 90s Hong Kong, reimagined and remixed on-the-spot by Vancouver's premiere East Asian improv group, Fistful of Kicks. Each show is equal parts drama and comedy, exploring characters caught between the criminal world and polite society, stretched thin between their gang allegiances and their family bonds. All created entirely on the spot based on a single word from the audience! If you're a seasoned HK cinema aficionado, or have no idea what any of those words you just read meant, you'll have a killer time at this show. Embrace your inner gangster at Fistful of Crime!

Ground Floor 44 is the inevitable sequel to Apt. 33, created by Owen Chan, Rob Janowski, and Louie Pearlman. This comedy variety show blends surreal comedy, multimedia chaos, and some fabulous guests into a fast-paced, late-night spectacle. Featuring absurd characters, live animations, and a few existential and unexpected twists, it’s a kids’ show for adults gone completely off the rails. 
In APT 33, the roomies refused to grow up— but in Ground Floor 44 they’ll have to figure out how.

BUCKO is an electrifying improv duo made up of Aaron Merke and Lauren Cochrane, a real-life couple whose chemistry brings a unique spark to every performance. With no script and no safety net, their high-energy shows are filled with razor-sharp wit, wildly inventive characters, and unpredictable storytelling. Lauren, a founding member of The Kinkonauts, has over 40 film and TV credits, while Aaron trained under Del Close at iO Chicago and has toured with Second City. Together, they bring chaos and brilliance to the stage, making each performance feel fresh and thrilling. Beyond their live shows, BUCKO is making waves in comedy production with their original series Megasis and their creative hub, Royal Awesome Productions.
