How to Redeem Your Ticket Credits

Visit https://www.showpass.com/o/columbia-valley-rockies/ and select the home game you would like to attend. Choose your ticket(s) and proceed to checkout while logged into the Showpass account used to purchase your Flex Pack.

Your ticket credit may apply automatically. If it does not, select “Enter Promo, Discount or Credit Code” and manually enter the Ticket Credit code found in your confirmation email. Click Apply to complete your redemption.
