Clubs Fair Registration 2026

Register your student group here for Fall Clubs Fair running September 1 - 3, 2026!

Please and select the dates you would like to table, then you will be directed to answer required questions followed by the opportunity to pay your fee and secure your spot! Have questions? Feel free to have a look at the Club's Fair Overview!

Groups may sign up for a maximum of 3 shifts this year. Please select the day and time you would like your shift to take place - there are 3 possible shifts per day (10:00AM-11:50AM, 12:00PM-1:50PM, and 2:00PM-3:50PM), please ensure you are selecting the correct day/times you would like.

If a shift is not visible, it is currently full. Early Bird pricing will be available until August 5th 2026.  

Online payment will be required to complete this form - if you are unable to pay using a credit card, please see the alternative sign up process listed below, or contact clubs@uasu.ca. 

Please ensure you have read through the operating guidelines before proceeding.

Low-Sensory Clubs Fair Times

Looking for something quieter? Low Sensory Clubs Fair is perfect for those who want to meet interested members in a sensory-friendly way with reduced crowds and noise.

Low-Sensory times will be:

• September 2, 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM shift
• September 2, 2:00 PM - 3:50 PM shift
• September 3, 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM shift

Alternate Signup
If for any reason no one in your group has access to a credit card, you can fill out our alternative clubs fair sign up. This form can be accessed on campus.hellorubric.com by following these steps:

1. Click the "Login" drop-down and select Student Portal.
2. Login with your UAlberta email and password.
3. Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner.
4. From the options, click on the name of your student group under "Switch Accounts".
   1. You will now be viewing your club page as a club executive.
5. In the upper navigation, select "Administration" and navigate to "All Forms"
6. On the Forms Overview page, scroll down until you find "Other Forms"
7. Select the "Clubs Fair 2026 Alternative Signup" Form
8. Complete the form.
9. Make a payment using cash or student group cheque at Student Life Central Located at the lower level of SUB
10. Secure your spot

Please make cheques out to the University of Alberta Students' Union and include "clubs fair payment" in the memo line. Student group bank accounts must have dual signing authority, so student group cheques with only one signature will not be accepted.
