Shucker Paddy, the one and only Guinness Book of World Record holder for Shucking (and a returning festival favourite), together with Gordy McLellan of Mac's Oysters, and Chef Aaron Rail from Nikkei Ramen-ya have jumped ‘aboard to present a happy hour clam-a-thon not to be missed. This ticket gets you not one BUT THREE types of cooked pacific clam appetizers; clams on the half shell steamed barbeque, fried, and ceviche using Manilla, Savory and Butter clams, plus a raw bar!
