Civic Orchestra: Festivals

The Civic Orchestra of Victoria is a vibrant, community orchestra made up of passionate amateur and professional musicians from across the Greater Victoria region. Celebrate the start of spring with the Civic Orchestra and this jubilant program entitled 'Festivals'.
