Circularity through Art - A Green Living Workshop

Get ready to unleash your creativity with Erin Vance and Wasan Jema in a fun, hands-on mixed-media art session at the Municipal Centre lunchroom! As part of Circular Economy Month and our Circularity through Art project, we’ll be making awesome art using materials we already have – turning everyday items into something special and learning how to keep products and resources in use for longer. 

You’ll get to play with found objects, textile scraps, magazines, and even treasures from the recycling bin to create a unique collage or assemblage on canvas. Plus, Wasan will share tips on waste reduction and what living in a circular economy really means. 

All materials are provided, but feel free to bring along a small ‘treasure’ (think coin, button, or marble-sized) to add a personal touch to your piece!
